Too bad Alex is so paranoid about his sketches ending up on Ebay…I’ve met him 5 times and tired to get a “quickie” sketch in my book. Each time he looked panicked and someone else nearby said he was only autographing. I almost ran into him at Comix Revolution–the guy behind the counter told me, “I just missed him and its too bad because you’re wearing his shirt!” (I had an astro city shirt on)
I’ve purchased a ton of his work and original art and I’d never sell a sketch out of my sketchbook…I wonder if I’m ever going to get one.
Like I said on twitter, I’ll definitely be there… in cosplay!
